2. Returns & Refunds

We honour returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with UAE consumer expectations.

• Return must be initiated within 7 days (standard UAE e-commerce expectation).

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with receipt.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If the product is faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs and offer replacement or full refund.

Exceptions (non-returnable):

• Products marked non-returnable

• Customized or sealed hygiene products once opened
